August is Almost Here!

 

Hello everyone I hope this email finds you all well and enjoying your summer!

 

I just wanted to update you all on my hours beginning August 1st.  They will be Mondays and Wednesdays 12-8 and Thursdays 10-1.  I may add more days or times at a later date if I find it is needed.  Please call or text my mobile number 740-590-0480 to schedule, cancel, or reschedule all appointments any day or time.  I am still continuing to offer online booking at www.thehairstudio1.com or through my facebook page Krista Battrell at Bliss.  If you are having difficulty scheduling for any reason, please let me know and I will do my best to find a spot for you.   

 

I have been experiencing a lot of cancellations with less than 24 hours notice lately.  I understand unexpected things can happen, but the short notice is really beginning to cause a financial strain on my business.  If you are beginning to think you might not need an upcoming scheduled appointment, please try to notify me as soon as possible.  I would prefer at least 48 hours notice, especially for COLOR/CHEMICAL SERVICES.   This would also include changng a color service to just a haircut.   This gives me time to try to fill empy spots as best as I can.  Because of this, and to try to keep my prices the same, I have no choice but to charge the cancellations fees for any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice.  The policy is shown on your appointment confirmations and reminders.  I will also send appointment reminders 3 days prior to give you plenty of time to notify me of any changes.

 

The days that I am scheduled in the salon are the quietest, and work with the fewest stylists to make your experience as pleasant and relaxing as I can.  Mondays, I am the only stylist working if some of you prefer that atmosphere.   Please let me know if you have any special requests or concerns.  I will do my best to accomodate you and keep those confidential as well. 

I will continue to use Joico color and products as well as some Kenra and Aquage.  I can also retail those to you but  just let me know ahead of time so that I can order them and have them in stock.  I can usually get them within a few days from my supplier.  

 

It's been a big adjustment for you all and myself included being around more people in the salon, the noise level, and busy chaos.  I appreciate you all so so much for your continued support, loyalty, and encouragement.  I understand some of you didn't follow me for whatever reason and that's ok.  Just send me a text or email and I will be happy to update your status in my customer profiles so that you won't be bothered with anymore annoying emails or texts from me. I wish you the best.   I really do enjoy working at Bliss and with all the women there.  They have completely adopted me and my clients into their family.  I hadn't realized how much I missed the peer support, interaction and fun.  I look forward to seeing or hearing from you all soon!
